We offer a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment for every skill level. Beginners are shadowed until they are ready to be mainstreamed into the regular group setting. There are always plenty of coaches on hand to provide maximal assistance. Scalability is available to all.

Getting Started At CrossFit VLT
Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination, and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our CrossFit program.
Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD), where you’ll join your fellow classmates in exercises that change daily. You’ll never get bored with our CrossFit program, as each day’s activity provides something new and exciting. Classes are intentionally capped to prevent group sizes from becoming too large. This isn’t a “normal” gym where you’re only a number or a face in the crowd. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where you’ll receive personalized attention from our trainers and participate alongside other members cheering you on to be your best.
Personal Training is offered at both of our locations.

Designed for beginners.
- 3x 1 Hour 1-on-1 CrossFit Basics Sessions with a coach
- Flexibility to choose times that suit you
- Once the 3 sessions are complete you have unlimited CrossFit classes for the remainder of the month

Build strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars, and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the strength of a gymnast.

Vault Performance offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or excel at a sport.
